Give this one a chance! the "fluffy/cute" outside is just a mask. The story is really deep and sad. This anime actually made me cry like never before. You cannot really help it. Simply a must see, This anime opened my eyes to many other anime that i had not even bother to see before, but that i now value high Aishiteruze Baby for an example.
