it's unique, the length of the episodes is 42 min, and the story is told somewhat differently. i dunno how to explain it but watching it felt, to me, like reading a book.
the story is somewhat original, and you get tied to the characters to some extent.I pretty much enjoyed it. mind that the long episodes might make it a little hard to watch, it might make the anime seem a lot more slow paced than it really is. i found it more tiring than watching two episodes of a different series.
bottom line-if you have the time-watch it.

I don't think Figure 17 really pumps up the view as much other anime if you get what I mean. I literally fall asleep on it, but it isn't too bad I guess. Pretty enjoyable, but a very long cartoon.
