animation was verry good and the background story was verry catching. i prejuged this anime and thought that it wouldent be verry intresting, but in the end i got enjoy it a lot. I also must add that i watched this because of animedvice's advice! it worked pretty well with me. thanks!

I definitely recommend this anime, it will surprise you with how emotionaly involved it gets with it's characters. it just seems like an anime that would be really light and fluffy, but take my word for it- you are going to need a box of tissues while you watch

The manga is better, but then again when has a anime been actually better than it's manga origins.
In one word Fruits Basket is cute. You'll absolutely fall in love with some characters, and completely despise others.

I watched this in hopes that it would be just as amazing as the manga.
I was wrong. The animation was very poor as well as the humor. Much of the story was cut and added and switched around and there are many errors (especially with Akito *spoiler*).

Fruits Basket is proabably one of the funniest anime ever created near Azumanga Daioh because of the sad ending it had. But it was cute, funny and sweet.
