Spectacularly intriguing anime!!! I was rivetted through this entire series, wondering what was going to happen next. The plot is bizzarely convoluted and disturbing. It is centered around the "Curse of Oyashiro-sama", which has plagued a tiny village for years. Every year, someone is murdered and someone disappears as a sacrifice to the patron god of the town. Keichii tries to solve the mystery before ending up dead himself. Do not watch if you have a weak stomach... there is a lot of blood and sadistic violence!
There is going to be a second season released this summer to finish the story. Can't wait!

This is an awsome show! It has a lot of suspense and mystery and also a lot of blood and gore! All in all, one of the best shows I've ever seen!
