Even though the vast majority despised the ending, this anime is one of my favorites. It alone is responsible for completely flipping my opinion on anime as a whole. I'd never have developed an interest in anime, if I had not been introduced to this anime.

My favorite anime of all time, but the manga is definately better.
This anime is a refreshing change from most because of it being set in modern times and dealing with modern issues.
The character development is great. Almost the entire cast is male, and those few females that you do see are complete idiots. The show is slightly sexist in a way, but still worth watching.
It will have you on the edge of your seat wanting more the whole way through.

The first about 15 episodes are brilliant, then it drops quite a lot and reaches a good finish. Therefore the mediocre rating. Still you shouldn't miss the beginning, a complex and well drawn psycho duell, couldn't stop watching.

amazing storyline very complex, story in the middle does get a bit strange but the ending is great!

Ending was terrible, but I still liked the anime as a whole.

I loved this anime and it insterested me and kept me on the tip of my chair till the end. However to tell the truth it dropped around the middle but the ending was a nice one and a surprising one. A great anime overall. Just have to be able to sit through the couple of boring episodes.
